In the pursuit of Excellence:

"Our Aim is to foster the art of bee keeping in the Barnet area by attempting  to provide members with information, advice, training, support, insurance, and an apiary for association and members hives, discounted bee keeping supplies plus loan facilities for bee keeping books, bee keeping  videos and bee keeping equipment".

We welcome any existing beekeeper and anybody who wants to become a beekeeper. To this end, we run a ‘Basic course’ which is for complete beginners and leads to an assessment for the ‘Basic Certificate of Beekeeping’  by the ‘British Beekeeping Association’
